My report on Macadamia nuts

The macadamia nut is a hard shelled pod.
It contains both the fruit and seed of  
the plant.
Description

Some are soft.   It is brown.
A nut is a kind of seed.            
Some nuts are similar to the macadamias.
It is green on the outside and it is brown when it is ripe.
Location

These nuts are grown in Queensland and New South Wales in Australia, as well as in New Zealand.

nuts gives your body energy
Macadamia fills up your body with vitamins.
A nut helps to keep your blood pressure stable.
If you eat too many nuts it can cause gas and bloating.
Nuts are rich in minerals and they are an antioxidant.
