                           No. 6 P.E Activity

Today during the weekends of distance learning I did another P.E activity. This activity was very fun and I loved my new eye patch it wasn't really and eye patch but I can't see through one eye but I can see through the other which is kinda like an eye patch but yeah.

Overall this activity was very fun and hard but I think I did good. I think the activity was hard because I didn't really get anything on the box part only one shot went in but I was very close.

Maraia - No. 4 P.E activity

 No. 4 P.E activity

Today at exactly 06:20 I started this blog. This is a blog for my 4th P.E activity. If you saw my other blogs you would now that each P.E activity is worth a certain amount of points and this activity was worth 4 points, which now means I have 13 points but since I did this activity with a family member my sister I get extra point so I actually have 14 points (my sister didn't wanna be in the video) .

This activity was for me to tape up my dominant hand for a day and do some activity's I did a very familiar activity which was peeling a Banana, opening a milk box and last but not least tying up my shoe lace oh and the reason I didn't tape up my thumb because it is technically not a finger it is a digit.

I found this very easy mostly because I had my thumb.

Somethin I found hard was peeling the banana.

Maraia - No. 1 P.E activity

 No. 1 & 2 P.E activity

Today at the end of the day of Distance Learning we were given a P.E list. For the Juniors they had to get as many point's as they could and for the Seniors like me I had to get to twelve points. To get these points we had to do certain activity's for a certain amount of points. 

I did 1 activity right after the list was given to me and the activity was worth 1 points 

For this activity we had  to get four Items in our household and stack them as high a possible, my structure was almost as high as me which I found cool.

Today was a fun day because I was late to class and totally forgot but my friends reminded me. Today during distance learning we had a look back at our Earth science we did a few days ago and some of us finished and some of us didn't. I kind of finished but not really I did my work I just didn't blog it so that is what I am doing right now I am blogging my Earth Science.

This current event activity was about Haiti's earthquake on the 14th of August 2021. We had to read a 3 page article which took me a very long time but I got through and then we got to do a True or False activity and the blog.

Maraia - The brave Girl (so far)

This is my version of Sweet girl on Netflix. At the begging of writing this story I couldn't come up with anything and so I looked at some pictures and they reminded me of the movie "Sweet Girl"                          Oh and this is how much I have written  

The brave Girl

One day a there was a family of three The day was named Jay Mum named May and their daughters name was Raychel or Ray, and one day their mum was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer and the doctor said that there was no hope until a company named Biotech came a with a cure for cancer but when they ordered it Biotech took it off the market.

 The next day the news interviewed the owner or CEO of Biotech and asked why they took it off the market and they let some people called and give their opinions, Jay researched and found out that Biotech took it off the market for money, and so Jay called and said if that they better put the cure back on the market or Jay is going to kill him with his bare hands. .. May had left earth. 

Two years later Jay had been planning to kill the C.E.O of Biotech but then Jay received a phone call from an Unknown ID and he answered it and the unknown caller said that he had a way for Jay to get revenge on the C.E.O of Biotech Simon Keeley.

 

The Unknown man said to go down to the train station and to follow the guy with a furry denim jacket and so Jay followed him and then when the unknown person was showed him that he was a fraud then someone named Santos   stabbed him and then jay tried to fight back but Ray had followed him and the man took her a threw her to the doors of the trains and so Jay punch him in the face and stabbed him and then went to Ray but then the man got up and took the knife stabbed him and then pushed him through the window and then they both blacked out.

Two years later, Jay has been very serious about tracking Keeley's movements, and he notices that he is going to a very important party. Jay  finds the location, goes there and poses as a waiter to infiltrate BioPrime's charity event so he can find Keeley, ask him questions and then kill him. Once Jay finds him Keeley says he knows nothing and that the person who made them take it off the market is  BioPrime's chairman, Shamali Vin. After a fight that leaves one of Keeley's bodyguards dead and the rest brutally injured, Ray kills Keely by strangling him with a plastic bag, Then leaves knowing he is going to be hunted by many

Maraia - Paralympics 1964-2021

Today for Inquiry we compared the Paralympics from 1964 to the Tokyo 2020 or 2021 Paralympics.

Something I found hard was doing the actual activity and something I found easy was blogging this activity.

I choose Courage because I often need a lot of courage and that it takes a lot of courage to even get in and compete in anything especially in the Paralympics.

Today I was surprised because we got activity's from our Music Teacher Mrs Francis Carter. We had to write about our thoughts and Experiences during Lockdown. We also had to listen to a few songs and see which songs we liked the most and put it in out blog. Today during class we I did my last Grammar activity this wasn't really an activity it was just a refresher test. 

This was a nice and easy test but I forgot some of then and so I looked at some other blogs and used them which isn't really good but it was only for a few. The test was overall a bit hard but most of them were easy.

Maraia - Symmetry

Symmetry

Today during distance learning we had to do our math's first. The first thing I did for math's was my math's starter that is going to have to be another blog. 

This blog is called "Symmetry" because that was that was the name of the activity. I honestly didn't know why is was called symmetry because I thought symmetry was like when something is the same one each side like a perfect heart both sides are the same ot is that symmetrical.

Maraia - Stealing Maru

 Today in distance leaning we did a fun little activity. We had to read a Story called "Stealing Maru" then there were two questions we had to answer. Overall this activity was very easy considering that there was only two questions.

The only thing I found hard was the first question so I went to look at other peoples blog and I got a start from there I didn't copy them I just put them to together and reworded it.

Today in online class we had to do our math the first thing we did was prototec I did stage 6 i was kind of hard but ok. I got 90 something out of 100 which to me is pretty good.

Maraia - Pacific and Native Tree Presentations 6

 Pacific and Native Tree Presentations 

On the 13th of August TWP whanau split into groups and worked on our trees to present. The trees that we were presenting are native trees to New Zealand and pacific trees. The native trees that TWP Whanau were the Ti Kouka, Totara Puriri, Kawakawa, Rimu and the Manuka and Kanuka. The Pacific plants that we presented was Kava, Heilala, Coconut, Ngatea and Hiapo. 

The group that I was in was the Ti kouka.  It was pretty stressful because there were a lot of people in our group and there was only about 5 parts but on the day we had to present someone from our group didn't come to school so there were enough parts. 

There was a special guest and she was presented with a Heilala Garland. Because she was a special guest.

My favorite Pacific presentation was Ngatea because the did a cool rap.

My favorite Native presentation was Totara because they came up with a song.

Today Twp Whanau went to footsteps and we learnt a brand new dance called "La La La" by Shakira. Shakira is a brazilian singer but she was born in columbia. La La La was a song sung by shakira.
