Soul Friends, St Patrick, Ash Wednesday 

Today at St Pius school we had a very special mass. this Mass was special because we celebrated three very important occasions for our school. They are St Patrick's Day, Ash Wednesday and Soul Friends day. As we go fourth in the week of lent today we honour St.Patrick, he is the patron saint of Ireland and the Holy faith sisters who started our school, over sixty years ago, who came from Ireland, and they brought the Ideas of Soul friends.

In the early Irish church people choose someone wise to be there Soul Friend. This Friends is someone who you will look up to and a person who you can talk to you and share the experiences in life with.

We had our Ash Wednesday today because every time we tried to have a Ash Wednesday mass we went into lock down.

The Land of the voyagers and kiwis can Fly

Today on the 16th of March we my group and I did finished the first part of "The Land of the Voyagers and kiwis can fly".

For this activity we were split into groups I was with Mele, Solomon and Jonah. We did part 2 "How did Kupe know"I did the Introduction  then we split our self into a group within our group.
Me and Solomon did the "Kupe Explanation"  while Mele and Jonah were doing the  Follow the Birds &  Moon Shot activity the Me and Mele did the things to do as the last activity.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit 🙏 

Today on the 15th of March in TWP 4 we read a prayer about the Holy Spirit and then we had to choose two of the Spirit's and write the prayer down then write an examples that goes with that prayer.

I choose the Spirit of Kindness and the Spirit of Goodness.
