What I had for breakfast: only had Milo but t was cold ):
How am I feeling this morning? Tired, sleepy.
What I liked/disliked today: I didn’t the plank rotation and I liked the shuttle runs
Any other activity I did today: playing soccer by myself
My goal for tomorrow: to play soccer with someone
Exercise for today:
Broad jumps to burpee - shuttle runs - plank rotation - mountain climbers - squats.
